With Trina you cannot fail up to +6. The real gamble is +7 and +8, where Trina adds 10 points to the rate.

Short answer

On ArdreamWorld BUS upgrades are 100% up to +5 and +7 to +8 is 25% (35% with Trina). Rebirth items go +10 to +11 at 25%, or 35% with Karivdis. Accessories are 1% at Shozin with Voucher of Heroes' Valor, 2% with Shozin Trina.

Rebirth items go up to +11, and Karivdis raises the odds at every step:

Every new character already starts with +11 REB Chitin and a REB +11 weapon, so you are not pushing rebirth gear from scratch. Costumes also set armor to the Chitin +9 equivalent and weapons to the best job weapon, in line with the server's "equal items" pitch.

How do accessory upgrades work?

There are two routes:

  • Voucher of Heroes' Valor x3 at Shozin: 1% success, 2% with Shozin Trina. You also need an accessory scroll and 10 GB.
  • Timed +1 accessory: a +0 accessory, 100.000 KC and 250 Parchment give a guaranteed +1 that lasts 2 weeks.

The Taki Scroll costs 1.999 KC in the PUS. With permanent odds at 1-2%, the timed +1 is the safe route, and new characters get a 7-day full accessory set anyway.

Where do KC and GB for upgrades come from?

KC comes from the Ardream zone payout every 5 minutes, from CR rounds and from the Cardinal and Stone Golem slots, which also drop Silvery Gems. Where GB for costs like the 10 GB accessory fee comes from in game, the server hasn't announced yet.

Talismans are their own upgrade track, going up to +30. Every step up to +29 costs 100M NP and 50.000 KC, and the final +30 step costs 500M NP, 100.000 KC and 20 GB. The talisman bonuses and NP Level costs are laid out in a separate guide.

How hard is +8 on ArdreamWorld?
With BUS the +7 to +8 step is 25%, and 35% with Trina. Everything up to +6 is guaranteed with Trina.
What does Karivdis do?
It raises rebirth item odds, making +5 to +6 a sure thing and bringing the final +10 to +11 step to 35%.
How long does a timed accessory last?
The timed +1 accessory lasts 2 weeks, after which you need to make a new one.
